How to find Elder Grove & Stones Throw



From the North
Proceed through the town centre of Ambleside towards Windermere, Elder Grove is on your right, just before the turning to Coniston and the Langdales and before the BP filling station on your left.

From the South
Enter the town's one-way system opposite the BP filling station; keeping in the right hand lane travel in a complete circle back to the filling station. Elder Grove and the car park are on your right.

The Buses
All buses stop in King Street, this is the next street along from Elder Grove.

 
The drive into the car park is down the side of the building, we have 9 parking places, if you are arriving on a motorbike, we can reserve a slot for you where your bike can be securely locked and is out of sight from the road.
