Group bookings welcome

Whether you’re on a walking tour, photography course or attending a wedding nearby, we can offer small group accommodation in Ambleside. However, we do not accept bookings from hen or stag parties.

Up to 12 separate beds

With our combination of single rooms, double rooms, four posters with a sofa bed and twin rooms, we can accommodate up to 18 adults, plus 2 children in separate sofa bed rooms.

We have hosted many walking groups. There’s a drying room for kit when the weather is topping up the lakes. Plus boot trays throughout the building.

Large family gatherings without the hassle

Are you celebrating a significant birthday, anniversary or just getting the clan together? Booking our entire B&B allows you the fun of a stay in the Lake District without the stress of self-catering for a large number of people. There’s no washing up either!
